I have seen Grays Fitness around for ages but never considered buying equipment from them for my home gym. I needed a leg press and went to Grays to see what they had. Their service was incredible and very customer focused. They weren’t pushy and let us browse their extensive range before we decided to buy. They went out of their way to give us great advice and even better service.

We organized delivery and the leg press arrived in time. The delivery guys were superb and were very careful when installing the equipment. They went out of their way to ensure the equipment was in the right spot without us having to do anything. Great experience and will buy my equipment from here in future.

I received my Matrix IC7 bike today!
SO far, very happy. Just jumped on for a quick spin and it felt smooth. I’ve downloaded the ICG training app which has lots of different free workouts and am rearing to go.
